When a Cancer diagnosis is given, it can be pretty terrifying, making it challenging to navigate the world around us.
If you or anyone you know has been affected by cancer, and you are simply lost amid an overwhelming amount of information - sometimes very conflicting information coming from all directions. You just simply want to sit down with a real person and talk, come and join me in this event, we will have a cup of tea and biscuits and I will do my best to make this difficult subject more understandable and maybe even less scary.

HASLEWEY HOST A HAPPY CHRISTMAS!
Haslewey Community Centre was again at the very heart of Haslemere, hosting a traditional festive lunch for local people who would otherwise be alone on Christmas Day.
Attended by The Mayor and Mayoress of Haslemere and run by the Haslewey Office staff and their wonderful band of volunteers, the guests – who regularly use the popular Wey Terrace Café and Community Meals Service at Haslewey - were treated to a delicious Christmas lunch, Carols and Entertainment.
Funded by generous donations from the Penny Ha’penny Trust, Waitrose with fresh vegetables from Ellis Food Services Haslemere, the guests also received bespoke food hampers, personally made up by the lovely Haslewey staff.
As you can see, a very Happy Christmas Day was had by all!
We wish you all Happy New Year!!!
