Looking for something uplifting, friendly, and a bit different to brighten your week? Harmonix Choir at Haslewey Community Centre is a welcoming group where local people come together to sing, laugh, and connect.

There’s no pressure and no auditions—just a relaxed space to enjoy music and meet others. Whether you’ve sung in choirs before or only ever sing along to the radio, everyone is encouraged to join in. It’s as much about the community as it is about the music, with plenty of smiles along the way.

Sessions are fun, informal, and full of energy, helping you build confidence while enjoying a shared experience with others in the Haslewey community.

Meet the choir leader - Sarah!

The choir is led by Sarah Prescott, whose friendly and encouraging style makes everyone feel at ease from the moment they walk in. She created Harmonix to bring people together through music, and her passion shines through in every session.

 

Sarah focuses on creating a supportive, feel-good environment where people can relax, have fun, and discover their voice—no matter their experience.
