Life can be challenging, and sometimes it helps to talk. Our counselling service provides a safe, supportive and confidential space where you can explore difficulties, gain understanding and develop strategies to help you move forward.
Sessions are available face-to-face at Haslewey Community Centre or remotely via Zoom, depending on your needs and preferences.
Our counsellors are highly experienced professionals who:

Hold a Degree in Humanistic Counselling

Are registered members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

Are fully insured
-
Have extensive experience supporting a wide range of emotional, psychological and personal challenges
Areas of specialist support include:

Trauma and emotional wellbeing

Support for neurodivergent individuals

Relationship and family difficulties

Bereavement and loss

Low self-esteem and confidence

We provide a compassionate, non-judgemental environment where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, develop coping strategies and move forward with greater confidence and self-understanding.
Contributions
As a community-based service, we are committed to keeping counselling accessible and affordable.
To help sustain and develop the service, we suggest a contribution of between £30 - £50.
