More details

Wado-Kai is a traditional Japanese style of karate that combines striking, movement, balance, and self-defence techniques. Training focuses on control, discipline, coordination, and respect while helping students improve both physically and mentally.

Premier Karate-Do Wado-Kai was founded by Sensei Terry Armsworth 7th Dan and is affiliated with the English Karate Federation. The association has clubs across the Haslemere, Godalming, Farnborough, and Odiham areas and has built a reputation for high-quality instruction within a friendly community atmosphere.

Premier Karate-Do Wado-Kai offers traditional Japanese karate classes for children, teenagers, and adults of all abilities — from complete beginners to experienced martial artists. The association promotes confidence, fitness, discipline, self-defence, and personal development in a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere.

Whether you are looking to improve fitness, build confidence, learn self-defence, or simply try something new, classes are designed to help students progress at their own pace.

Classes welcome children, teenagers, and adults, making karate a fantastic activity for individuals and families alike. Students train together in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
