Join Eva for a gentle yet deeply restorative yoga class designed to support both body and mind. Suitable for beginner to intermediate level, these welcoming sessions focus on awareness of the body, encouraging flexibility, balance, relaxation and overall wellbeing.

Eva’s approach combines the calming practice of yoga with her professional background in counselling and psychotherapy. Her classes are grounded in presence, stillness, quietness and breath — creating a safe and nurturing space where you can truly reconnect with yourself.

Rather than focusing on fixing or changing, Eva encourages participants to simply slow down, listen inwardly and be present with whatever arises. Gentle yoga offers an opportunity to meet the compassionate, nurturing and restorative parts of ourselves, helping create a soft sense of calm and a feeling of returning home.

Eva is a fully trained yoga instructor as well as a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. Drawing upon her experience in Gestalt therapy, EMDR and body-mind centred approaches, she brings a deeply thoughtful and holistic element to her classes, supporting both emotional and physical wellbeing.

Whether you are completely new to yoga or looking for a more mindful and restorative practice, Eva’s classes offer a warm, supportive and welcoming environment for all.
