Join our friendly and welcoming seated and standing exercise class designed to help improve strength, flexibility, balance and overall wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment. Run by Eva a friendly and welcoming fully qualified instructor.

Suitable for adults and all abilities, these classes combine movement, stretching and strengthening exercises to help you stay active, mobile and confident in everyday life.

You can make the class as easy or a hard as you like by incorporating various strengths resistance bands and balls.

Whether you are looking to getter stronger, tone, improve balance, increase mobility  or simply enjoy exercising in a relaxed social setting, this class offers something for everyone. But what you will see is great improvements in your body's capabilities.

Classes include both seated and standing exercises, allowing participants to work at their own pace and ability level. Chairs are used for support and balance where needed, creating a safe and comfortable environment for all.

Importantly, the entire class can also be completed seated for anyone who is unable to stand for longer periods or who would simply feel more comfortable exercising from a chair. Our aim is to ensure everyone feels included, supported and able to participate confidently.

Our sessions focus on improving posture, coordination, flexibility and muscle tone whilst also supporting mental wellbeing, confidence and independence.
